We automatically open and photograph incoming packages (expect DropShipment). We will photograph the label and the items in the package itself. Thus you or our staff can immediately spot any potential issues and ensure your packaging is in good shape so that the contents inside remain safe.

Detailed Pictures of your already received items can be get on-request.

First-In First-Out Concept: Received packages will directly be forwarded the same day we receive them. No time-consuming opening, checking, repacking, consolidation.

Drop Shipment vs Standard Shipment?
Standard shipments take more time as they are automatically or manually consolidated. For standard shipments we repack new, as we dont do that with Drop Shipment. Thus, we can guarantee the fastest processing time possible!

We repack & reduce packaging sizes when consolidating your items or when the original packaging is not sufficient for its long journey. In such cases, we use high-quality packaging material to ensure a safe arrival for your goods! You can even add additional packaging material to secure sensitive items.

Package consolidation is also done to cut down shipment costs! You can combine several shipments to a single one. That way, you will save up to 80% shipping costs you would have to pay, if you had placed a single order for each product and had the goods shipped to your address abroad.

We provide a home address – not a post box address – as your new delivery address in Germany, which you can use as your “shipping address” for all your online purchases.

Your new German delivery address is our warehouse, where we receive, check, photograph, store, shrink, consolidate, secure & repack your items for free, before we forward them.

Our warehouse is located in the “green heart” of Germany: the beautiful city of Weimar in Thuringia.
